Intermediate Champion

"We have a tremendous group of young cows out here in the ring today. I pulled four cows out to the middle of the ring that are the kind that both Tom and I would like to take home and milk. The Fall Yearling in Milk easily won her class today as did the Senior Two Year-Old. Both have big, square rear udders that blend very smoothly. The Senior Two-Year-Old has a big open cage and is a massive individual. The Junior Three-Year-Old, is a quality cow with so much balance. Then we have the Senior Three-Year-Old who is a beautiful individual with so much quality and a high, wide rear udder. Today, I am going to make the Senior Three-Year-Old Intermediate Champion. She is not the tallest, but has a lot of qualities we like. She goes over our Junior Three-Year-Old because of her advantage in having more width of chest floor. Honorable Mention today will be the Fall Yearling in Milk."
