Grand Champion
343 Head Shown in the 2007 Central National Jersey Show including 179 cows.

"First of all, I would like to thank Tom for his assistance throughout the last two days. I would not want to have anyone else out here with me! I respect his opinion and appreciate the fact that he is a dedicated family man and dairy producer. I would also like to thank my wife Jennifer. We make a good team! She is a big part of the operation and a big reason we have gotten to where we are today. Now, for our Grand Champion. Today, the 1st place mature cow is going to be our Grand Champion. She has so much length body and cleanliness throughout. Her fore udder blends more smoothly and her rear udder is higher and wider. For Reserve, our 2nd place mature cow. She has a lot of grace in the ring and you love the sweetness in her front end. I do grant that she has more levelness throughout her udder floor than the 1st place mature cow. Our Senior Three-Year-Old will be our Honorable Mention Grand Champion. I grant that she fuller at the top of her rear udder than our Reserve Champion, but not as much cow as the two individuals in front of her."
